Bremen Castings Installs FANUC Control Robodrill

Bremen Castings recently installed the FANUC Robodrill (Model T-21iFLa) with a Nikken 5AX-130 Rotary Table andwhich give BCI full 5 axis high speed machining capability with cutting speeds of 1200 inches per minute and a 2125 inches per minute rapid traverse. Tool change time is .9 of a second and 1.6 seconds chip to chip. The machine has a FANUC series 31-iA5 control. So to make a long story short it is lighting fast!  This is another equipment addition to give our customers the quality products they expect and deserve.
