Congratulations to Reynaldo Bonilla, BCI's Performer of the Year!  Reynaldo was presented with the award at the picnic held on September 18^th at Sunnyside Park.

Reynaldo started working at Bremen Castings in 2003 as a core maker on 2^nd shift.  He was promoted to core room lead man 2^nd shift just five months later.  In April 2010, he became lead man on 1^st shift in the core room.

An asset to the company, Reynaldo never misses work and works whenever he is needed to ensure core room projects are completed.  He is very creative in resolving problems that come up within the core room.  Reynaldo challenges himself each day.  It is because of his continuous efforts day in and day out that he is an excellent recipient of Bremen Castings Performer of the Year. 

Reynaldo was presented with several gifts and will have his name added to the Performer of the Year plaque located in BCI's foyer.  Well done Reynaldo and thank you!
